• Millennium Network Specialists offers prepaid service plans tailored to your individual needs.

• Off-Plan Service – $80.00 / Hour

– $80.00 / Hour

– Paid at time of service.

• 15-Hour Service Plan – $1050.00 ($70.00 / Hour)

– Good for 90 days.

– Perfect for small offices.

– Includes Phone Support.

– Paid at start of service plan.

• 30-Hour Service Plan – $1800.00 ($60.00 / Hour)

– Good for 90 days.

– Ideal for medium offices or small offices that rely heavily upon IT.

– Includes Phone Support.

– Paid at start of service plan.

• 60-Hour Service Plan – $3000.00 ($50.00 / Hour)

– Good for 90 days.

– Great for large offices or small or medium sized offices that rely heavily upon IT.

– Includes Phone Support.

– Paid at start of service plan.

• Annual Contract

– Agree to annual plan and save 10% on each invoice.

– Hours not used under an annual agreement will carry over 1 plan cycle.

– Excess Hours used will be billed at the end of the plans term at the plans rate.

– New Customers may convert a single term plan into an annual agreement at the end of their first service plan’s term.

• Off-Hours Billing

– Millennium Network Specialists hours are:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

– Any service rendered off-hours will be billed at 1 ½ hours per 1 hour of service.

• Phone Support (Service Plans Only)

– IT phone support is included in all pre-paid plans. Millennium Network Specialists determines when on-site service is deemed necessary.

• Hardware and Software purchases in conjunction with any service plan will be billed at a 10% discount.
